The Frankfurt style pork sausages are made from pieces of pork, finely chopped, cooked and gently smoked in the oven in the traditional German way (with beech wood) and finally peeled. This process make our sausages children’s favourites as they are very tasty, tender and, when kept in the brine can, very juicy.
For the most select we recommend turkey sausages, a high quality product with a unique taste. In addition, they contain 19% fewer calories than pork sausages and 32% less fat.
Both sausages have a shelf life of 3 years.
